Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (working days). Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

The standard delivery time is 7 to 9 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as customs delays or weather events).

Shipping costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery address

We can only deliver to residential addresses, business addresses are not supported.
If the customer enters a business address and delivery fails, the customer accepts full responsibility.

Customer Responsibility for Order Errors

If an error is made by the customer at the time of ordering which prevents correct delivery, the customer undertakes to assume responsibility.

In accordance with Article L221-15 of the Consumer Code, the customer is required to provide accurate information necessary for the execution of the order. Any inaccuracy or omission that hinders delivery will be the responsibility of the customer, who will have to cover any additional costs or consequences caused by such errors.
